Electric Cars Could Replace Horse-Drawn Carriages

New York’s famous horse-drawn carriages could be replaced by vintage electric cars as concerns grow about the welfare of the horses. If animal rights advocates get their way, horse-drawn carriages could be replaced by as many as 68 cars.
